As a business leader, I have stayed awake many nights trying to figure out how to get my 100s of employees dancing to the same beat. It's exceptionally hard. More difficult than most people really understand. In my early days as a manager, I failed at it. I'm the first to admit this. Sheer momentum got the best of me. I was also quite a bit younger and with age comes scars and wisdom.
