Treading Water - Barely



Been receiving emails from people saying, "Are you alive? Haven't heard from you in a long time. Everything ok?"

Yes, everything is fine, but work is so amazingly overwhelming that I've been forced into just "treading water mode". I've actually started turning work away. For those that know me know that I'm not interested in world dominance. I prefer to approach my work as a craft. Over the course of the next year (yes, it will take this long), I'll be working to create more focus and return to my work as a craft.

Anyway, sorry for the silence.

But, if you look down a little, you'll see life was turned upside down when we brought our beautiful Isabelle home (a German Shepard). Thought I would include a picture as a fun update. As you can see, she's grown.

Puppy+Toddlers+Work=Nuts

It has been very long since I've done any sort of update. BUT, I have a very good excuse…

We brought our Isabelle home mid August. She's a wonderful German Shepard (GSD) puppy. Like all GSDs, she is a ton of work (but SOOOOO worth it). I've owned two GSDs before so I knew what I was getting into. BUT, I totally underestimated how absolutely crazy it would be to keep everything in balance. Thus, I haven't been doing much writing. This is the reason I haven't done any posts lately. Sorry about that. Once I get ahead of the curve a little, I'll start publishing once again.

In the meantime, say hello to Isabelle "Izzy". This is about a week after we brought her home. She is 7mo old now and weighs over 50lbs (wow!!!)
